Whistleblowing
The whistleblowing service gives all our customers, suppliers, contractors and employees an opportunity to anonymously report suspicions of misconduct. This means anything that goes against our values and ethical code or that may seriously affect our organisation or a person’s life or health.
Who is covered by whistleblower protection?
In order to be covered by whistleblower protection you must use Nordic Paper’s reporting channel for whistleblowing. The whistleblowing must be about misconduct in a work-related context and you must have reasonable grounds to believe that the information is true. You do not need to have actual evidence for your whistleblowing, but you must report in good faith.
Your message will be securely handled
To ensure your anonymity, the service is managed by an external partner (WhistleB Whistleblowing Centre). The communication channel is encrypted and password protected. All messages will be processed in confidence.
